Charged extra

On wednesday 9 September I went through the drive thru to place my order. Once I arrived at the next window I realised my order was incorrect and I was being given a cone instead of a coke, an easy mistake to make I guess, I asked if I could pay in the extra money to puchase the coke this took another 10minutes! When I checked my reciept again I saw that I had been charged R2 for hope WITHOUT BEING ASKED! usually you get given the option and I often support the charity but I was just upset that I hadnt been asked and just charged. This is not the first time I have been given the incorrect order at this branch too.
