Change your name to Slow Food

My wife went to your Parow V/trekker branch this evening to order a street wise 2. Such a simple order. She was told her order would be ready in 10 minutes. She decided to collected her pizza by a near by pizza store. 10 to 15 minutes later, she returned to your store and was told by the cashier that her order would take 10 more minutes. Seriously????? FAST FOOD? I don't think so. When she complained to the manager on duty, all she got was a sorry and that your order is coming now. A total of 25 minutes to receive a streetwise 2. This is the last time I visit this store, because this is not the first time for the year I am complaining about the very poor service we received from KFC Parow V/Trekker store. It is even worse on a Friday evening. Rather stay at home and make your own food.
