Ceres KFC strikes again.

After several accounts I have to share that tonight was the worst service that I have ever received from any KFC branch. The Kfc Ceres branch deliberately lets me walk into the store, not having any closed sign on the door. So while there is still a line in KFC, I walked in. Then after the manager, I assume she is the manager, walks to the door, looks at me and then tells me they have nothing. What does nothing actually mean. She then insists that they actually close at ten and that there is nothing that she can do about it. She addressed me, as the client, almost as if I was someone off the street. There was no professionalism whatsoever. Dissapointed is putting it mildly. Ceres KFC MIGHT have received a minor make over buts it's staff still need to work on the client relationship tactics.
