CEO COMPLAINT - PUMLA- KFC FOUNTAIN PLAZA

KFC FOUNTAIN PLAZA (PROTEA GLEN) COMPLAINT - I am writing to complain about the pathetic service I received from Pumla around 7 PM last night. Her attitude was unprofessional and she showed zero care. After paying at the drive-thru, Pumla dropped my receipt. She didn't apologize or acknowledge it, even after I politely told her I couldn't reach it. She simply stared at me while I had to open my car door and pick it up off the ground. It was a frustrating experience that made me regret not going to the chicken store just up the road. To make matters worse, the polite lady at the collection point asked why I hadn't ordered the 10-piece wings for a better price as opposed to the 2x four zinger wings option, however Pumla never mentioned this. It’s clear she isn't interested in her job. This was a total waste of my time.
