Cashiers with no customer service

I'm so angry about Primrose KFC especially their cashiers I ordered online for collection then I was given collection time when I got there the cashier ignored me when I was trying to ask about my order and it's the second time being treated like that by the same cashier " Noma Wrong" I'm never going back there again.
