Cashiers at KFC BLUE VALLEY MALL THE REEDS need to be trained or educated to use UCOUNT CARD

Good morning. Cashier staff lady at KFC Blue Valley Mall The Reeds does not know how to process the transactions bought through UCOUNT Standard Bank card. She is very impatient and very quick to just say UCOUNT is not working on their machine. Can you please educate her and other cashiers there to know how to use UCOUNT card.
