Cashier bad service. Menu items never available

On arrival no cashier at tills. Untrained employee were then told to go to the till which he Coul not operate. So actual cashier then came ( she's clearly not in the mood to be at work or to help customers) had to repeat order 5 times, still received it wrong again cashier not very happy to correct the error. I wanted to order the Krusher with ice cream but machine broken I live in this area and it's been out of order for over a year...just take it off the menu only dissapoint customers. Chicken pieces drip of oil looks like it's been the oven for days. Nor ever going back to this branch.
