Case number ***- Kfc

I found a black stone inside a chicken nugget, I bought the food from KFC Montclair mall,till today the issue has not been resolved. The food was even returned to the store for investigations,what made me angry is the fact that they could not care about their customers well being and this stone almost hurted my tooth .had I swallowed it ,I would have had died Nd no 1 could have cared.this is very dissapointing service,I couldn't believe my ears when they just said we can just swap the food without even checking the issue at hand,and to me it gave me a picture that they just wanted to hide this from the public.i was told someone will contact me to resolve the issue but nothing. I have currently a case number pending with the call centre but still this has not been resolved
