Hi,<br> <br> It is disappointing again each time I buy wings there's only something. The last time we were at Waterfront had bought ones that were completely off , wrote on Hello peter and they never got back to me.<br> <br> On Sunday we purchased a box of wings, as we were hosting a lunch and many had strands of hair, never have I been so embarrassed!.<br> <br> This was an e-mail sent to KFC and I was assigned a case number, I later advised the assigned consultant that the recent incident had taken place in Century City.She invalidated the query as I had refused to accept the four wings offered at the Waterfront, and stated that the query was more than two months old. Yet I had logged the complaint within a week of the incident, not only was it the disgusting embarrassment of the hair but the way that the query was handled. This is scary.
