CARLETONVILLE KFC NOT SERVING CUSTOMERS WELL

I went to Carletonville KFC on the 2nd of December 2022, I bought 9 pieces of chicken and I went home, then on the 26th of the same month. I saw another transaction while I'm home and it was them again. So I tried to go there last week so that they can rectify their mista,but they haven't and when I went there yesterday they told me they don't know when is it gonna be fixed and I need my money because I don't owe them and they were not even sorry
