Cards going through with no pin???

<p>We went to KFC yesterday(3/9/16) and went through the drive thru, then when I swiped my card it just went through without me putting in my pin, this is a huge concern for me, can they just swipe anyones card without using a pin? How is this possible, and when we asked about it they simply said it didnt ask for a pin, its a debit card it always asks for a pin, when i went on the internet to look for a contact detail i couldnt find it anywhere, why do you have a website if there is no contact details, and also why is the drive thru service always so slow and somehow not one of the kfcs ever have ice cream??</p>
