CARD SWIPED TWICE

passed by the drive thru on Saturday rush hour and Omphile swiped my card and funds where deducted from my card however he said it's been declined and he couldn't produce the declined merchant slip her manager I think it was Gloria came and swiped my card again with a promise that she's going to debit my money back, that never happened now I paid for a meal twice!!! That's not the first time, they once short supp**** me on the meal I once bought on their drive thru and I discovered it when I got home. I couldn't drive back as I stay 20km away and economically it wouldn't make sense! It shows theft is rife amongst these people there. I want my money and I will make sure I will spread the word for all the people I know to avoid going there. Am sure by the end of the month you will have lost a significant number of customers who had been loyal because of theft!!
