Card Machine Offline - Cars queue no sign

For a few times now we have gone to KFC in Brakpan Central Prince George Avenue and there card swipe machine is constantly offline. To top this they do not have a sign you can read while in the queue (drive through) waiting to say it is offline they have a small board by the drive through entrance with a small sign to notify clients. This only even says no Credit Cards so when you ask they say it is all cards. This sign is as big as a mans hand and bout 80cm high. Come on for crying out loud we don't have Superman's eyes!!! So you wait in this queue and only see you can't pay with your card once you have to order - is this right I ask? They have a lady by the entrance taking orders but she doesn't walk 10 meters further to just ask if you are paying by card to inform clients their machine is offline. So you will end up either standing in a queue for 30 minutes or more and drive away with no food or buy something with the cash you have on you if you do have cash. I will not support this franchise again I will now rather drive to Carnival Mall and order from them. Pathetic is all I can say! If only this happened once I would understand but after so many times ...
