Caption crunch not so crunchy

Last night i went to kfc to buy food for my family, i ordered a wrap meal for my wife and a caption crunch meal for me as my wife advised i should try it. When i got home and opened my meal awaiting to explore the new kfc burger to my disappointment there were no doritos chips on it. Just a plain zinger burger and due to the fact that i stay far from kfc i saw no need to drive back and waist petrol. Please kfc this results in bad service and each time i will have to check my pack to see ifbeverything is inbthere, as a valued customer i dont feel the need to do that. please sort out this issue.
