Cant wait to see you all sitting waiting for time to be financially ruined!!!!

THIS PLACE IS A DIRECT REFLECTION OF SOUTH AFRICA NON-EXISTENCE OF MANAGEMENT, NO PRIDE AND ABSOLUTELY WORSE PRESENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

In fact I rate this pathetic attempt of a branch 10 out of 10 for their excellent DONT CARE ATTITUDE TOWARDS ZERO NON-EXISTENCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. The sad situation about the experience I had on Saturday 15 February 2020 with my order number 662 again is that there is absolutely no one instore however ive been stuck between cars waiting more than 30 min for my order which i left there and took my money.

There was no communication or any apologies from staff or management.

I honestly hope that this KFC branch will close down and that the franchise owners learn with a big financial loss.

THIS IS HARSH WHAT IM SAYING BUT THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME MY TIME GOT WAISTED LIKE THIS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS THAT COSTS ME MONEY!
