Can't read don't care

Why do you have a Uber eats option when your staff can clearly not ****ing read any sort of instructions!? They ***ed up my whole order and because of it I am not eating tonight. For the love of God they can be happy that the number listed for them doesn't even work as I tried calling them to fix my order. Thanks for **** all. KFC Randpark
