cannot bealive, attitude i received

I ordered a dairy milk kruser and asked, teller Sine not to put a lot of ice in it... ive ordered it before at dat kfc and it didn't taste rite. I went to d car and realised it actually tasted d same as d last time, and so I returned it for a sundae and as I was explainin d lady next door MAVIS, rudely said dey cant switc it, I asked Mavis to cool it, and se den went on to insult me by tellin me dat se wasn't talkin to me but Sine.. I received a lot of attitude from d lady MAVIS even called me words, dis lady needs to be delt wit, you cannot treat clients in dat manner. im livid of dis ladys beaivour.
