CANCELLED ORDER - KFC

Good day, Kindly note that on 15 June 2022 I placed an order on your KFC online orders and R100.90 was paid from my account. I later received an sms shortly thereafter that my order number was Palesa***2 and my order would be delivered from KFC OLIEVENHOUTBOSCH. They cancelled my order and I only saw a pop up message online stating that the money would be reversed back into my account. To date, I have not received a call or email about my refund and I am absolutely extremely annoyed that I now have to follow up on this, and KFC has not afforded me the courtesy of professionalism. This is disappointing to say the least. First of all, this is not the first time OLIEVENHOUTBOSCH KFC cancels my orders and because of this I try not to order from there. However, your online app, always picks up this franchise as the closest to my complex and this is incorrect. I am on Plantation Road Noordwyk and the closest is Blue Hills Complex which is literally less than 10mins from my house. Kindly refund my money as my order was cancelled.
