Cancelled order

I ordered online from kfc Birch Acres and my order was cancelled without being notified. The driver went to an incorrect address. I missed the drivers call, when I called him back he said he’s left he’ll come back after his next delivery and I just pay him extra because he’s using petrol. After an hour I called him back and he told me the store cancelled my order which I had already paid for without letting me know. I’m beyond disappointed with the service I get at this particular store, it’s always one thing after another. I was reluctant to order from them but because it’s the closest one to my house I ended up ordering from them because I was hungry. If there was a negative zero star that’s what they deserve one star is way too much.
