Cancelled order

I am so disgusted with the service I have been getting from KFC, this is the second time this month that I am encountering problems when ordering online. I ordered a meal and received a sms notification that the store is preparing my meal,30 minutes later i get a text telling me that my order has been cancelled, with no explanations. Do you think I ordered this meal because I was bored and had nothing to do? I must be the one contacting the call center and claiming a refund which I will not get back today, I must wait two working days for that money. how does that become my problem? last week I ordered a meal and my funds were debited but I did not get an order confirmation and it was a nightmare getting my refund.
