We ordered last week at Atterbury branch. After a hou and a half I called to hear where my order was. We have a diabetic person in our home that has to eat very specific times and we always plan an hour for the food to come. <br> This week we changed we store to the Water Glen branch because we thought we will receive better service. After 30 min the person called back to say they waiting for the wind to calm down. After an hour and half I called and they said no they waiting for the rain to stop. I wish I could call my boss every time it rains to tell him I can't come to work. So please South Africa - everybody on motor cycles pleas never drive again in the rain... That a pathetic culture we raising with this culture. Hopefully can Media24 follow up on this to bring change to theit policy. If one drives safely, one can surely drive in rain. NEVER USE KFC DELIVERY SERVICES...you willwait forever. Worst and pathetic service ever.
