Can never get an order right

I must say I am utterly disappointed in the service from KFC in fourways crossing. This is the 5th consecutive time that they have left items out of my order. Being the store closest to my house and on my way home it is the most convenient. I keep thinking the next time I'll have a good experience. But 5 consecutive times you'll mess up my order. It is really disappointing.
