Can get orders right.

KFC at Sandridge Square can never seem to get an order right. Went through the drive through and bought the Family treat and one of the sides was missing. Get home and what my daughter asked for was not there. Extremely irritating. This is not the first time my order was incorrect. The previous time, I think it was the area manager that called. He offered to replace the meal. Told him to rather get the staff to give customers what they pay for. Doesn't seem like that has worked. Maybe its easier to deal with upset customers than spend money on training staff.
