Called a ****** by a staff member for querying!!!!

I popped into my local KFC at about 21:40 tonight to purchase ice cream cones for my family & I. I paid for my ice cream cones & then the cashier asked another staff member who came from somewhere in the store wiping her hands off her clothes to make the cones. She then grabbed the cones from under the counter with her uncovered hands & proceeded to make the ice cream cones. She then gave the ice cream cones to me, which is when I asked her where are the covers for the ice cream cones as I felt that it was unhygienic to wipe your hands off your clothes & then handle a clients food. The staff member, who's name I didn't get, with a terrible attitude rep**** to me saying that the covers are at the back. Then she went on to say that I was ****** for asking for the covers. As you can imagine an argument ensued and was very upset at this staff members statement for a request I made and politely doing so. I left because my wife was waiting in the car but I'll never go back to KFC in Westridge again. KFC IS THIS YOUR COMPANY POLICY??? Teaching your staff to address clients with attitude and calling them a ****** when raising a concern... I am angry and bitterly disappointed !!!!!!
