Call for customer service!

The service I got from Akasia left me speechless. There was one client that was serviced before me, as I was supposed to be served, Jeanette’s colleague joined her and they were busy on Jeanette’s terminal, as I was waiting, some guy walked in, and after Jeanette’s acknowledged me, she actually served the guy before me (the only thing left was just ring the order on the system) then I told both the guy and the cashier, I was first on the que. with her hand she just said “ wa itse go bereka ka batho “, not even a simple Sorry. Only when they noticed I was actually on the Survey, I was given some attention. I was actually asked not to do the survey, I asked why should it actually had to get to the survey because it was clear I was not happy before and during.
