CALEDON KFC WORST SERVICE EVER

I was at KFC Caledon this afternoon around about 14:00. I was sanitized (like we should). As soon as I went to the cashiers counter I waited in the que (I was the only person there), I had waited almost 10 minutes and in that time a few of the staff where walking around not one person greeted me or acknowledged my presents there.

then finally when the cashier go to her till she did not greet me or tell me that she will be with me or even acknowledged me she was fiddling with her till, she then went to the back and got the manager and they did something with the till and then one again both of them ignored me.

the cashier then went on with playing on her till for about five minutes with out making contact with me, so I had enough and I left the store and did not purchase the 21 piece buck that I went there for.

I had not been to the Caledon branch for almost two years because of their extremely horrible service, and now when I finally go there they once again surprise me with even worst service.

This is disgusting the first rule of business is to great and acknowledge your customer and then tell them you will be with them shortly, that is when they don't mind to wait, you defiantly don't do what they did.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
