Cahrged for what I did not order

On the 2nd of March at about 19:57 me and my fiance stopped at Kfc Checkers complex and we bought a Burger meal, Twister (Not twister meal) and zinger wings, we waited for something like 55min for our order and the very Rude lady who was calling orders called our order and we took it and drove home when we got home opening the paper bag it was a mess in there it looked like the Rude lady threw everything in there, the wings were not there and when I checked the slip I was charged for them plus the Twister meal I did not order I made it clear to the cashier that I don't want the Meal I just want the twister,we couldn't even eat the food we threw them away as it was a mess in that paper bag. I will never buy at KFC ever again.
