****** by KFC RESTAURANT didnt get my order

Pathetic Service n ******, Saturday i made an order via KFC APP payment and delivery fee was dedducted on my account via paygate. I did not received anything after that payment no ORDER No, no FOOD that i paid for, no Communication. My order was not on the app either, i called KFC they also couldnt find my order but my money was deducted so i was ******. Bassically i was ****** n i had to make other arrangements for food n ended up buying somewhre else via Mr D for me to eat finally.
