****** by KFC and Drivers

I was debited for a order that didn't arrive on the 19th on the online platform and the order never arrived this is like the 4th instance this happens, and I am told of a 7 to 14 days TAT and a slap in the face R30 apology but the online service states you have to spend a minimum of R70. I have been promised a million call backs by Katleho, Thabiso and Neo but nothing has happened to date. The impression from the chats is just to get me way and not assist. On the 20th in the I was debited the last of my money on my card and I am told it is a technical issue and that I am to wait 7-14 days. The agent Katelho was very dismissive and unapologetic. KFC canal walk shell and the DSG agents are really poor with what they are doing from debiting without an order and having their delivery friends to take the orders for them when it is a card payment. Our data is definitely not safe if such technical errors are done.
