Buy 2 burgers and get chicken instead dont buy

I went to kfc in uitenhage and ordered 2 doublecrunch burgers and 2 twisters waited for my order all fine got home waited a while before i ate and to my surprize i get ****ing peices of chicken and one burger what the hell. This is not the first time last time i ordered a family meal and how nice instead of two burgers i get one burger and one mash sort your **** out dont u check the food or do u just randomize the order for the hell of it.
