burnt smelling food that makes us sick

i have always ordered from kfc germiston and lambton but of late am disapponted as the meat comes smelling burnt as if its been cooked in ooooold oil, i also experience running stomachs afterwards

i really enjoyed their meals but now just thinking of buying from them scares me and half the time you ask for serviettes or condiments they dont bother sending
