Burnt meat and Mr delivery offering me R50 voucher

I bought family feast on Friday through Mr delivery and immediately noticed that the chicken had a burnt smell and had black parts showing that its too oily and burnt, I obviously complained to Mr delivery and the shock when they apologized and offered me a R50 voucher bt yet still telling me there is nothing more they can do. Bad customer service and I spent my last money trying make something nice for my family then it turned into a disaster and had to throw the meat away.
