Burnt food and no cheese

Good evening,

Hope you are well, I just wanted to express my disappointment with this KFC branch ...I bought my all start box but got served in a small box and the meat was just on top of the things in result the burgee was all mushy when I told them they said I am being dramatic and they took it but didn't change the burger....I am seeing it noe the burger doesn't even have cheeses and is burnt...
