Burnt Food

I went to the KFC in Verulam on Sunday 31/05/2015 at around 17H00. We ordered a KFC zinger burger with Cheese and Zinger Wings with a large Mash and gravy....Firstly we received no cheese on the burger but was charged for it, received a medium mash and gravy instead of a large one....the burger was burnt and so was the zinger wings, when I mean burnt it was not even good enough to give my dog. We just threw the meals away. Its not even worth going to back to your store to complain because the people there are just so lost and unhelpful...all they want to do is get rid of customers as soon as possible. We have had problem is the past where no asistance was given....That is really pathetic service....we spent like almost R100.00 for our meals and didnt even get what we paid for...pathetic...I personally feel that this branch should just close down....Even after being on the news for other instances they still give us pathetic food...I would rather take my money and buy food from some other outlets that really value their customers and take pride in makeing their food....
