BURNT, DRY, TASTELESS CHICKEN

The worst service ever!!! after waiting close to 25 minutes in the drive through i was served a BURNT, DRY, TASTELESS CHICKEN. i paid close to R100 for that meal and definitely did not get value for my money. I am never ever going back to that KFC and honestly anyone else that cares enough to listen will be discouraged to do so. What these people fail to understand is that We work hard for our money and R100 to me is a lot of money to just flash down the toilet. The chicken was too dry, and quiet frankly it was over cooked and did not even taste like KFC chicken. Maybe someone forgot the main ingredient when preparing the chicken. My entire family was so disappointed when i finally came home with the long anticipated meal, only to find out its a flop. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN.
