BURNT CHIPS FOR MY STREETWISE 3 AT KFC KLERKSDORP NEAR SHELL GARAGE

I ordered streetwise 3 with chips and the chips were burnt. The service was also bad because there was no one to assist me, all the staff members kept cleaning and moving around until I asked for assistance then someone was called from the back to come and assist me. Even the number of chips is disappointing, I don't know what happened to KFC because years ago when we ordered KFC there was always a lot of chips but that's no longer the case. I bought loaded fries in Taung as well a week ago and the fries were few, I could even count them. Please take us seriously as customers KFC
