Burnt Chicken like charcoal

<p>I drove through the KFC around 21:15 to buy take aways and i was told to wait for 11 minutes as the meat was still in the stove. I waited for more than 11 minutes and when the food finally came in the car I could smell that the meat is burnt but because my husband and i was in a hurry as the kids were left alone in the house and it was already late we drove home. when I got home the meat was burnt and dry to an extent that it had a bitter taste, we tried to eat but we couldnt. I am so disgusted as I paid R189 for something i couldnt even eat. this is the second time i get such disappointing service from KFC they dont care about their customer. KFC needs to start honouring their customers and provide the service ans quality that they are paying for. I need my money back, i tried to call as soon as I got home but the number rang to no answer. it was late and i had to make alternative supper that late after i brought charcoal at home which i thought it was chicken.</p>
