Burnt chicken and rotten chips!!

My family and I had down from Jhb and visited the kfc in Mount edgecombe phoenix this past Sunday, we ordered a 6 piece family meal with 2 large chips and 3 sharing sides as well as a zinger burger.. waited over 45 minutes for the food, keep in mind we ordered this to take to a relatives house who we had been visiting after 6 years and we decided to treat them to supper. We got to their house and the meal was an absolute disaster!.. the chicken was dark brown and absolutely oily!!! The chips had black spots on half of them! And the zinger burger had no zinger sauce. I was absolutely frustrated as we were so hungry and had to wait so damn long plus come home and experience such a horrifying thing!.. in jhb we never experience such in any of the kfc franchises!!!. After seeing the chicken in such state we even ended up losing our appetite due to the disappointment and cooked supper. I have the full order in my sisters fridge untouched. I'd like for someone to fetch it from her and reimburse me my money or send a new meal to her that's prepared a 100% this time! And due to the inconvenience caused to my sister and myself. It should be delivered to her free. Cause it's not my fault that the store cant prepare the order a 100 ****ing percent correct. Utter disgust and disappointment wouldnt wanna recommend mount edgecombe kfc to anyone. It was my first and would definitely be my last time visiting there!!
