Burnt chicken and Old mini loaves

On Saturday night around 23:00 my friends and I were hungry and we thought KFC is the best option since we wanted chicken, though we had other options but we opted for KFC only to get disappointed. We got there and Julia was the cashier. I asked Julia if it was possible for us to get a bucket of thighs and drumsticks. She said yes BUT we will have to wait for 30minutes. I mean 30MIN. I was like its okay, we will wait. And then my friends and I decided that 21 pieces will be too much and we went for the 15 pieces instead. While my friends and I were discussing the 21 pieces vs15 pieces Julia was chatting to her colleague (Didn't get her name) and she just turned to us and said, we can not give you thighs and drums. My friend was like why not? She didn't answer and I was like its fine just give us what you have. We took our order and left when we got home the 15 pieces were burnt and the chicken didn't even TASTE like KFC. Mini loaves were old, very old, it was just remains when you tried to eat the mini loaves. We couldn't drive back to KFC because its a distance and we had to get pies from a garage next to our place. We had to spend more money and thats not fair. KFC rectify this.
