Burnt and stale food

Good day. Ordered kfc yesterday through uber eats, paid a lot of money for my 2 zinger box meals, had no power at home so had to order out but when i get my meal the chips are cold and stale and my burger is burnt, black on the inside and i have the picture to prove it. Sorry KFC but for the first time i am very disappointed in the quality of food received from you guys. Had to go out and get another meal due to this inconvenience caused and wasted all that money that was not even budgeted for.
