Burnt and Blend.

On January 29,2020 I went to KFC Kwa Thema Plaza to buy dinner. I bought a 9 piece thrift, 10 dunked and 10 zinger wings. Came time to eat and we realized that not only was the meat a bit burnt (taste wise) but it was also blend. I emailed KFC the next day to complain and on February 1st I received two smses: One stating that they couldn't get hold of me and the case will be closed within 24hours. The second one stated that the case has been resolved. In turn I took a screenshot of those messages and emailed them informing them that I was not contacted in anyway by them, to this day I haven't received any form of response or acknowledgement of my complaint.
