Burned food after 20 min wait, but no biggie!

So we were made to wait almost 20 minutes (no queue) for our order, which we didn't mind too much because we must be getting the really fresh, straight out the oven batch. Turns out we waited that long because they were busy reheating the chicken and chips, which they did for so long that they ended up burning them!! So here I am with my family forced to have a burned KFC for dinner!! Wish I could say this was the first time I'd gotten a **** order from KFC. Honestly just buy their food out of habit. Very disappointed.
