Burn meat KFC sky city

I was sold meat that was fried in oil that had burnt meat in it... My chicken tasted horrible and burnt.

I decided to send a complaint to them on Twitter and explained that this was not the fist time as i have experienced the same thing from the same store previously and they apologized and said they had new employees and replaced my meat . So on Twitter I raised this and I told to send the receipt and someone will call me to assist with my complaint, someone called me on Saturday and she said she will need to call me back as the line was not clear. She never called back and I later received an Sms for a replacement meal.... I had ordered a Kentucky for 2 and added an extra piece being a side breast... But the replacement meal they offered me was a streetwise 2? This does not make sense how do they replace my horrible 5 pieces of Chicken with 2 pieces? I raised this again with them on Twitter but no one has gotten back to me and it's over 48 w/h. I'm a regual customer, I go there so often that some friendly lady at the drive thru knows our order before even say it and I feel really disappointed and hurt by this treatment from KFC.
