Burn food

I bought twister meal and i received a burned twister that i could not eat. If i wanted burned food i would have asked my daughter to cook but even she does not burn food at all. I am disappointed and the service was so bad has to wait for over 30minutes before i got my food. The chips were cold and unsalted even
