BURN

i order food from my kfc app, my food was burnt, tasted burnt and smell burnt.

i laid a complaint now the asking me pictures and that i should hav brought back the food how so when i ordered online? for my own convenience not to go to the store! i'm on hold with a very rude agent still holding to speak to a superior/ my case no: CAS-***-P2Q2F7
