burgers such a disgrace

On the 26 jul '15 we went to buy kfc at mindalore we bought 2 crunch burgers 2 juniore snack burgers a kiddies burger and chips with small pops. We got at home and sat at table to eat when I open the crunch burger there was no chicken on it only the bun with cheese lettuce and a bit of sauce. This is a 3rd time that we having a complaint about the kfc and every time they say they are sorry, we contact the manager on duty all she can say is that its not her problem. I also work in an enviroment where you need to give service to customers. If this is the attitude and service we receive then I don't know where things will end up.
