Burger with bleach

I purchased 2x all star meals at your KFC in Aderlley street Cape Town however the burger tasted like it had bleach or jik in it. I'm not sure whether someone had just washed their hands or it's your hand sanitizers. I ended up having to throw away my burger as I couldn't eat it. I am so disappointed as this was supposed to be my meal as traveling from cape Town to joburg.
