Bull**** Service

I never had a bad start to my day like I did this morning. I made the worst decision to buy breakfast a KFC and wow.. what ****py service I got. The wrap was cold but I really didn't mind it but the cappuccino was absolutely a big NO. It was cold and looked like it was warmed and for R30 ricoffy looked much better than that ****. I couldn't even finish it. I tell the lady who was busy packing and distributing orders that my cappuccino isn't up to standard and that I'm not happy she gives me attitude and calls the manager then says "come deal with this person" and you can imagine how rude it sounded in my african langauge. The so called manager comes and gives me the same cappuccino back as if it was redone. I don't want an apologetic phone call from the manager because it will count for nothing I want my money back.
