BUL****, HARASSED AND HUMILIATED AT KFC

I used their self service termial without assistance from the floor attendant since no one was at the floor at that time, I'm thinking, "month-end, it's probably busy" and the floor was full of customers.

So I used the terminal, got my SMS and left for shopping. 3 hours later I come for collection and I was met with a very cheeky "What is this?" from the collections teller, as if I have committed ******! I explained that was my order, she just left me there and yelled for someone at the back while she goes to attend to another customer. As if that was enough, this other person also came blazing and shouted at me that I was trying to scheme the store with these SMS' like the customer earlier that day. "You are not going to get your order, that I can promise you" I was told point blank. Just like that in plain view of every customer in the store I was treated like a ******** and supervisor was called sort out "THIS customer"

Another lady came to the customer side of the store and demanded to see the SMS which I showed her, I was then scolded at again being told that I should have went to the counter to receive my order slip. (The first time of hearing about this since I have used the self service terminal without a till slip in many other KFC branches - Vereeniging, Vanderbijlpark, South Gate, etc.)

Ok fair enough, now the dispute escalated if I really bought the meal at that specific KFC (KFC Palm Spring Shopping Centre) the one next to Orange Farm. The SMS was clearly stating the store. The bully lady told me that if i don't appear anywhere in the cameras, I am going to get arrested since she has called the mall security already. I was then told to wait until all is resolved, if I'm lucky!

I went outside to wait for the resolution and while i was there, the was some noisy bickering in the store about chance-taker who want to take advantage of the system and we (chance-takers) must know we have something coming this time around.

After another hour, i went outside to check the update, i was then told that my order was being prepared, when I ask what the commotion earlier was about, i was told to "SHUT UP, and be happy my order is being prepared"

I have never been that humiliated and harassed by a teller anywhere and very disappointed by the fact that it happened at KFC, KFC nogal!
