Buggy KFC

I recently purchased KFC through the MR D app, only to find part of my order was wrong and I found a bug in the gravy, attempted to report it to KFC via facebook, absolutely zero customer experience, no empathy or acknowledge, straight up robotic, was promised a call back, how they call at ridiculous hours, even provided a preferred time but they still get it wrong.
